1. Will the background colour you see in the design be painted?

​No, only the actual design elements will be painted.

2. Is the installation safe from weather?

​Yes, the designs will withstand rain hail or shine!

3. Do I need to prepare my windows beforehand?

A quick clean and wipe over prior to our arrival will allow for a speedy installation process!​

4. How do I care for my artwork?

We recommend that you do not get your windows professionally cleaned to avoid damage to the design. Spraying directly to a cloth and wiping around the design is recommended.​

5. What happens if I provided the wrong measurements?

​We measure all windows before commencement to avoid discrepancy. If incorrect measurements are provided we will notify you and additional charges will apply.

6. Do you allow colour change or mock up requests?

We allow colour requests, if you select a colour we already have in stock. Special colour requests are an additional charge. Also yes, if you provide us with a photo we can mock it up free of charge!

7. What if my window has scratches or cracks?

Painting your windows and removing the design won't cause any further damage to the scratches or cracks. ​

However, please keep in mind that paint will get stuck in the scratches.​​​

9. Will the design be adjusted to fit my windows?

​Yes, please note your installation will not be identical in layout to the design. We will need to add/move/remove elements in order to ensure we fit the concept perfectly to your individual window shape and size.

10. How do I secure my booking?

​Send an email with your design selection and additional notes to receive your payment information. Once payment is made, your booking date is secured! Full payment is required incl. GST.

11. Is this safe for my windows?

Absolutely! We have worked with hundreds of businesses over the years. We use window safe paint and professional grade removal equipment to ensure a clean and damage free process.

12. What happens if I have decals on my windows?

​If you have film or decal stuck on the outside of your window. We will not paint this surface. We will not offer refunds if you did not notify prior to our arrival.

13. What if my windows are textured or plastic or are slats?

We can not paint any of these types of windows.

14. What is the installation and removal process? How long will it take?

​Hand painting with house paint and removal with water and glass safe scrapers. The times are rough, around XS and S is 3 hours. Medium is 4 hours, etc.​
