Art Installation Services

1. Design Scope

The interactive mural design will be based on the brief provided.

2. File Delivery

Where applicable, a high-resolution digital file will be delivered, print-ready and sized to the agreed dimensions.

3. Print & Install 

If print and/or install services are included, these will be managed through approved suppliers and installed to meet the agreed schedule. If site access is delayed or restricted, install may be rescheduled.

4. Removal (if included)

If removal of the mural is part of your package, it will be scheduled within the time period agreed. Additional or urgent removals may require rescheduling.

5. Dimensions & Site Suitability

Clients are responsible for providing accurate dimensions if you are providing the installation site wall. Awol Creations reserves the right to revise the quote if significant discrepancies arise. Site must be smooth, dry, and suitable for installation.

6. Colouring & Interaction Area

The final artwork will be delivered either as:

• Completely black and white (for colouring)

• Partially coloured (as agreed during briefing)

Changes to the artwork style after approval may require additional charges.

7. Audience Responsibility

Interactive murals are designed to be engaged with. Awol Creations is not responsible for how guests or the public interact with the piece after installation.

8. Materials Used

All print materials (if supplied) are high-quality and intended for temporary installations. Print longevity may vary depending on surface, weather exposure, and interaction levels.

9. Timeline

Timeline for design, print and install will be agreed in advance. Any changes to the event date must be communicated as early as possible.

​

10. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total services is required to secure the booking.

The remaining balance is due within 14 days of completing the installation.

Late payments may be subject to late payment fees.

11. Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event of cancellation, payment made is non-refundable.

​

12. Damage and Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Supplier and its Personnel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to any loss of goodwill or business reputation, death or intangible loss.​​​

13. Photographic Use

Awol Creations reserves the right to photograph and video completed installations for promotional purposes.

Clients must notify Awol Creations in writing if they do not wish to have their installation photographed.

14. Intellectual Property

Designs are strictly protected and must not be replicated or reused under any circumstances. Failure to comply may result in legal action. All designs remain the intellectual property of Awol Creations.

15. Force Majeure

Awol Creations is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside of its control.

16. Confidential Information

Each party must keep secret and confidential and not disclose any Confidential Information that is disclosed to the party receiving the Confidential Information: Confidential Information includes any information of a confidential nature concerning the Supplier’s business, affairs, customers, clients, including but not limited to information relating to operations, processes, plans, product information, know-how, designs, trade secrets, software, market opportunities and customer lists.
