Decal and Digital Terms and Conditions
Art Installation Services
1. Scope of Work
The design scope will be outlined in your proposal or agreement, including the deliverables, formats, and usage details.
2. File Delivery
Final artwork will be delivered as high-resolution digital files suitable for printing or display. File formats will be agreed upon prior to delivery.
3. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of design revisions (as outlined in your project scope of works). Additional revisions beyond this may be billed separately.
4. Print & Install
Where print and install services are included, Awol Creations will manage production and application through approved suppliers. Turnaround and install timelines will be communicated clearly in advance.
5. Removal (if applicable)
Where removal is included in your quote, it will be scheduled following your specified timeframe. Unscheduled or urgent removals may require a revised fee.
6. Colour Accuracy
Colours may vary slightly between digital screens, printed proofs and final outputs. Awol Creations will work to match colours as closely as possible but is not responsible for variations due to substrate or printing method.
7. Material Responsibility
Awol Creations uses trusted print suppliers and high-quality vinyl for decals. However, responsibility for longevity or wear lies with the installer and the conditions of the applied surface.
8. Surface Suitability
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and appropriate for decal application. Awol Creations is not liable for adhesion issues due to surface type or condition.
9. Installation Access (if applicable)
The site must be accessible on the scheduled install day. If access is restricted or delayed, rescheduling may occur.
10. Ownership & Usage
All designs remain the intellectual property of Awol Creations. Use is granted for the specific context outlined in your agreement. Further use (or re-use) requires written permission, an agreement and additional licensing fee.
11. Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event of cancellation, payment made is non-refundable.
12. Damage and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Supplier and its Personnel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to any loss of goodwill or business reputation, death or intangible loss.
13. Photographic Use
Awol Creations reserves the right to photograph and video completed installations for promotional purposes.
Clients must notify Awol Creations in writing if they do not wish to have their installation photographed.
14. Intellectual Property
Designs are strictly protected and must not be replicated or reused under any circumstances. Failure to comply may result in legal action. All designs remain the intellectual property of Awol Creations.
15. Force Majeure
Awol Creations is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside of its control.
16. Confidential Information
Each party must keep secret and confidential and not disclose any Confidential Information that is disclosed to the party receiving the Confidential Information: Confidential Information includes any information of a confidential nature concerning the Supplier’s business, affairs, customers, clients, including but not limited to information relating to operations, processes, plans, product information, know-how, designs, trade secrets, software, market opportunities and customer lists.
17. Payment Terms
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to commence. The remaining balance is due within 14 days of delivery or installation. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
