1. Licensing Scope

The scope of use (including duration, placement, and media) will be outlined in your approved licensing agreement or project proposal.

 

​2. Usage Limits

Licensed artwork is to be used strictly within the agreed timeframe, locations and formats outlined. Additional usage or extensions require written approval, additional licensing fees and amended or new licensing agreement.

3. Artwork Integrity 

The licensed design must not be edited, altered, or used in a misleading or inappropriate context.

4. File Delivery

High-resolution digital files will be provided for approved usage only. Print-ready files will be sent once final artwork has been approved in writing.

​

5. Duration of License

The licence term will begin and end on the agreed upon dates outlined in the agreement.

​

6. Ownership

All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of Awol Creations. You are licensing the right to use it — not owning the artwork itself.

7. Credit and Attribution

Where applicable (especially in public-facing projects), credit to Awol Creations must be included unless otherwise agreed.

8. Exclusivity

Unless otherwise stated, licensing is non-exclusive. If you require exclusive rights to the artwork, this must be agreed upon prior and documented in writing.

9. Cancellation Policy

Payments are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after the file set up process has started, the client is liable for all work completed up to that point.

10. File Security and Misuse

The client agrees not to share, resell or distribute the artwork in any unauthorised way. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate termination of the licence and legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

All licensed artwork remains the sole property of Awol Creations. Reproduction or use outside of agreed terms is strictly prohibited.

12. Damage and Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Supplier and its Personnel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to any loss of goodwill or business reputation, death or intangible loss.​​​

13. Photographic Use

Awol Creations reserves the right to photograph and video completed installations for promotional purposes.

Clients must notify Awol Creations in writing if they do not wish to have their installation photographed.

14. Confidential Information

Any confidential information shared between parties must be kept strictly confidential. This includes business operations, project details, strategy, and unpublished creative work.

 

15. Force Majeure

Awol Creations is not liable for delays, cancellation or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control.​

16. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the box or booking your installation service with Awol Creations, you agree to these terms and conditions.
